Discovery Networks & Viacom sales partnership

Show Works Creative assisted Discovery Networks with a full campaign strategy to announce the sales partnership between Discovery Netowrks and Viacom Networks to the industry.

First up, was a creative deskdrop delivery to media, staff and clients, announcing the change-over.  A custom designed box was delivered to over 800 people, with all the information they needed, as well as a delicious selection on gourmet popcorn from Maverick and Jane, which was cleverly paired to the Discovery Networks Channels.

This was followed up by an “onboarding and training” day for Viacom sales teams at the Viacom offices, where we had great fun creating channel-themed activations and challenges for the teams to compete in during their training day. We took over the offices with branding, a pop-up bar and a gourmet popcorn booth, and really immersed the staff in the Discovery Networks ethos of adventure and fun!

An exclusive private welcome dinner was also held for the top sales staff, with a gourmet channel-themed menu in brand new Parkhurst venue, The Botanist.

The last step of the campaign was a nationwide roadshow to the media agencies, where we assisted the sales team with branded collateral, gifting, spot prizes and catering.
