FNB Retail Loans Connect & Create Events
FNB Retail Loans were looking for an opportunity to reconnect with staff, after months of remote and blended working, and turned to the Show Works teams for some creative ideas.
We created a series of monthly “connect” events that would allow staff to be able to enjoy an activity together, as well as hear relevant business updates from the executive team and CEOs.
An Artjamming workshop started the sessions off, with guests being guided through a painting workshop, and creating the most awesome artworks.
Heritage month saw teams of staff come together to create delicious potjies in a Heritage Day Potjie Competition, and a Coffee Connect event in October had guests experiencing a coffee and chocolate pairing, as well as tips and tricks for becoming a barista in your own home.
At each event, held in both Cape Town and Johannesburg, guests were hosted by a professional MC, participated in an awesome experiential and interactive activity, and had the opportunity to hear from & mingle with the leadership teams.
These events have been a great success, and we look forward to the further rollout and opportunity to Connect & Create!
